Hi! I’m Vaishnavi, but you can call me Vaish.

I actually never thought I’d be an actor. When I was a little kid, I wanted to be a fashion designer. Then I thought I’d be an engineer like my dad (and my sister… and my cousins… and my grandfather). But when I performed in my first musical, I was hooked. I loved rehearsing, diving into a character, and putting the pieces of a show together.

So I took the leap and moved from California to New York to pursue a BFA in Drama at NYU Tisch (and a double major in Computer Science, because I’m still a huge nerd).

And now here I am! An actor and singer, based in New York City, and ready to bring joy, curiosity, and a never-ending desire to learn into every room I walk into. When I’m not performing, you’ll find me knitting or pointing out every dog I see on the street.
